ADMISSIONS ARE GRANTED BOTH AS BOARDERS AND
AS DAY SCHOLARS TO BOYS AS WELL AS GIRLS IN ALL CLASSES EXCEPT
CLASSES X AND XII. |

Admission
is granted in the college on the basis of candidate's performance in
the admission test held on the last Sunday of February of the year
in which he/she wishes to join the college. The admission test is
taken in English, Hindi and Mathematics.

Students are admitted to the
Nursery Class from the age of three
plus and to the Class VI from the age of eleven plus. The final
selection the child is made on the basis of
(a)
Vacancy
(b)
Performance in the admission
test
(c)
Interview of both the child
and the parent and
(d)
The Mark Sheet of the
previous class. |

When the
admission has been confirmed the Medical
fitness Certificate, Transfer Certificate & the Blood Group
Certificate of the student are to be deposited in the
College Office along the Fee. All students admitted in Class IX and
below as Day Scholars shall have to become Boarders compulsorily on
reaching Class XI and no Day Scholars shall be admitted in classes
XI unless otherwise permitted by the Principal on grounds of the
student obtaining more than 80%
marks in class Xth Board Examination. |

In
exceptional cases depending on the merit of the child and vacancy in
a particular class, mid-term admissions are also given on payment of
full fee for the year.
Once a
student has been admitted in the College as a boarder, he/she will
not be permitted to become day scholar at a later date. Only in
exceptional cases a boarder may be permitted by the Principal, at
his discretion, to become a day scholar, for which the parent shall
be required to pay Boarder Fee only for the first term.
Application for such requests should
however, be submitted in the College Office positively before 31st
of March of the year, failing which Boarder Fee for the full year
will be required to be paid. |
